第14屆亞太幾丁質幾丁聚醣研討會相關資訊

We are pleased to announce that the 14th Asia-Pacific Chitin and Chitosan Symposium (14th APCCS 2025) will be held from August 26 to 29, 2025, at National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan.

It has been many years since Taiwan last hosted this prestigious event in 2009, a symposium that was a resounding accomplishment. The theme of this year’s symposium, "Chitin and Chitosan Materials for Good Health, Well-Being, and Sustainability," will cover a wide range of topics, including chitin and chitosan in biotechnology and nanotechnology, industrial and environmental application, medical and food application, and resources and production of chitin and chitosan. It reflects the growing importance of chitin and chitosan in addressing critical global challenges. From healthcare advancements to promoting environmental sustainability, chitin and chitosan have vast potential for innovation and practical application. We look forward to insightful discussions that will explore their contributions to human health, environmental well-being, and the creation of sustainable solutions.
